Refund Policy

Please carefully review our refund policy before placing an order.

We offer a 100% refund in eligible cases, subject to the conditions below.

Refund will NOT be applicable if:

• A custom or special package has been selected.
• The project has undergone multiple revisions beyond initial requirements.
• The client remains unresponsive for more than 2 weeks.
• The project is put on hold at the client’s request.
• Any company policies have been violated.
• The client fails to provide complete or required project information.
• The business is closed or rebranded during the process.
• The request is based on change of mind, disagreement with partners, or unrelated personal reasons.
• The client has already approved multiple revisions.

Change of Mind Policy

Clients are eligible for a full refund only before work has started.

If cancellation is requested within 1 hour of placing the order, a full refund may be issued.

After this period, a 15% processing fee may apply.

Incompetent Delivery

Refunds may only be requested after all revision options have been exhausted, including reasonable corrections and updates.

We aim for full client satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure quality delivery.

If we fail to meet the agreed requirements after all efforts, a refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.

Late Delivery

We prioritize on-time delivery. If a delay occurs due to company fault and cannot be resolved after multiple attempts to contact us, a refund may be issued with proper documentation.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of project delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued

• Minor technical issues (grammar, formatting, word count variations, etc.)
• Delays caused by client-side response or communication gaps
• Subjective dissatisfaction with writing style or tone
• Partial refunds may be offered only through mutual agreement or credit for future services
